Financial Controller required for CloudAlly.com a high-tech company in the Sharon area. We are currently looking for a Controller to direct and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organization.

 

The controller will be reporting to the CFO.

 

Controller Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Oversee financial and accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank & credit card reconciliations.

·        Hands on experience, monthly closing procedures, monthly issuance of financial statements.

·        Oversee the issuance of financial information.

·        Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, manage reconciliation; Oversee collection calls; Work with clients and partners as needed to resolve collection issues

·        Manage administrative tasks.

Controller Requirements & Skills

·        Must have 2+ years of previous accounting experience, be proficient with Excel.

·        Excellent attention to detail Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems

·        Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

·        A flexible position during hours, and mainly carried out from home

Roles and responsibilities

 

  • IT Security: instance hardening, SIEM (Wazuh or others), security configuration, security constant improvement

  • Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes

  • Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats

  • working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended

  • Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure

  • Setting up tools and required infrastructure

  • Incidence management and root cause analysis

  • Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools

Requirements

 

  • Linux admin – Must (routing configuration, scripting – bash)

  • AWS Cloud infrastructure – Must

  • Configuration and managing databases such as Mongo

  • Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services

  • Knowledge of programming languages

  • Excellent troubleshooting and Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent team working and communication skills

  • Good attention to detail

  • Ability to work from home, most of the time

About:
The Cloud Solutions team is responsible for maintaining the operation of CloudAlly’s backup solution.  Main responsibility is to function as the next tier level escalation point of support, for customer support teams and product, helping them provide professional and accurate solutions, to our customers and partners.

You will be providing the best service to our customers, developing and maintaining a custom made toolbox to meet customer needs.

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and monitor AWS production environments to discover and resolve product related issues
  • Debugging and fixing issues escalated from support and product teams
  • Work closely with internal CloudAlly support, development and product teams
  • Being a professional escalation point for customer facing support and product teams
  • Work in shifts, mostly remote from home (or from our offices)

Position Description
  • Java development and maintenance (ןin the company’s ‘devsupport’ team in Israel)
  • Working from home (beside one day a week at the office at Raanana, Israel)
  • Working in shifts (including shifts at evening and night)
